Annual 'Blue Christmas' service to remember loved ones to be held next week

Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Christmas season isn't always merry and bright as some people remember loved ones they have lost.
The faith-based committee of the Cambria County Drug Coalition will be holding its annual “Blue Christmas” service on Tuesday, at 7 p.m., at the Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship on Elton Road.
The service is designed to bring comfort to those who may be dealing with grief, trauma or other hardships.
There will be singing, candle lighting and more as the committee understands this time of year can be painful for some.
If you don't feel comfortable attending in person due to the pandemic, you can watch it live on the Cambria County Drug Coalition's Facebook page.
