Flood City Music Festival ready to rock

JOHNSTOWN - The Flood City Music Festival kicks off Thursday night at Peoples Natural Gas Park in downtown.
Grace Potter is the headline performer for the event. She will perform from 8 to 9:30 p.m.
The festival announced that Charles Bradley, the Saturday night headliner, became ill on his European tour and will play.
