Man accused of stalking two women for years, including one since she was in HS

CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Clearfield County say a Pennsylvania man is facing charges following an investigation into allegations that he repeatedly stalked two women for several years.
Police say the investigation began in April when officers were dispatched to the Clearfield County courthouse after the man reportedly left coffee and personalized cards for two female employees of the Clearfield County Probation Department.
Investigators say both women told police that the man, identified as 57-year-old Philip Cmor, of Glasgow, had been repeatedly stalking and harassing them for multiple years.
Police say the victims provided dozens of emails of text messages, photos and social media posts that Cmor had allegedly sent them.
According to the affidavit, police say one of the victims told authorities that the unwanted contact began in 2016, when she was still in high school.
Police say the victim stated that she reported the harassment to two separate police departments, but no charges were ever filed.
Authorities say the stalking continued when the victim was in college and that Cmor was eventually banned from attending her home basketball games.
Police say the victim stated that, despite the ban, Cmor would travel to her away games and would even send her and her family gifts.
Investigators say the second victim told officers that Cmor reportedly sent her various, unwanted messages on social media and would show up at her work, unprompted.
Police noted that these incidents caused alarm and safety concerns for both victims.
According to online court records, Cmor was arraigned last week on charges of stalking and harassment.
He was then released on unsecured bail.
