One dead, three injured after vehicle accident in Butler County

One man is dead and three other people are injured, including two children, after a vehicle accident in Worth Township, Butler County, Friday, state police said.
According to a press release, Daniel Henn, 54, was driving the vehicle north on I-79 near mile marker 101 when the incident occurred.
State police said a 44-year-old female, a 6-year-old male and a 5-year-old female were passengers in the vehicle.
The press release states that Henn drove off the left side of the roadway for unknown reasons before veering back to the right side, crossing both northbound travel lanes.
According to state police, Henn then traveled off the right side of the roadway before hitting an embankment and rolling over.
The press release states that Henn was pronounced dead at the scene and the other three passengers were transported to Grove City Medical Center for suspected minor injuries.
State police said no occupants in the vehicle were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.
