The parking charge will only affect those who didn't buy a 2016 season parking pass.

Season ticket holders, who also have parking permits, should have received a parking pass for this weekend along with their 2016 passes.

Penn State is asking fans to display the pass visibly before arriving to Beaver Stadium.

However, fans without season tickets will be charged for parking.

Cars and RVs that arrive on game day this Saturday will be charged $20.

Those who need overnight RV parking will be charged $60.

Buses will also be charged $60. Parking can be paid in cash only.

Penn State said the parking fees will help offset the more than $500,000 it costs the athletic department to put on the Blue-White game every year.

Fans with white parking permits will be allowed in the closest lots. Pre-purchased permits allow fans to park in the second closest lots.

Fans with permits purchased on game day will be asked to park in the farthest lots from the stadium.

The overnight RV lot will open Friday at 8 a.m.

The other game day lots will open at 8 a.m. Saturday.

Parking permits can be purchased in advance at the BJC Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
